Giornata della Ristorazione 2026 is an initiative designed by FIPE to enhance and strengthen the values and role of Italian catering.
On May 16, 2026, restaurateurs of all levels — in Italy and abroad — will be featured in a major event dedicated to hospitality, a central element of Italian culture.
More than a celebration, this initiative highlights the role of catering in the social, cultural and economic life of the country. Promotes quality and ethics in the food supply chain, incentivizes environmentally responsible choices, and values food as a tool for inclusion and sharing.
Giornata della Ristorazione 2023 received the Medal of the President of the Republic from the Head of State as a representative award for the high value of the initiative.
