The first edition
The first edition held on April 28, 2023, aimed to shine a light on the economic, social and cultural role of catering in our country.
The appeal of the national event held in Rome – at the same time as dozens of events spread throughout the country – was answered by institutional partners, associations and catering businesses in Italy and around the world.
