Giornata della Ristorazione celebrates a key theme for the restaurant industry: Hospitality.
FIPE’s idea, in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Tourism, is to create the first truly great event dedicated to the culture of Italian catering.

A popular, inclusive, supportive and deeply ethical initiative that has as its primary goal to invite all Italians to celebrate the sharing of a renewed sense of community.

FIPE, with its role as an aggregator of the entrepreneurial fabric of the restaurant and entertainment industry in Italy, acts as a spokesperson for the demands of entrepreneurs and represents them to the institutions. The Federation is a member of Confcommercio - Imprese per l'Italia and part of Confturismo, and is also the main signatory of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Catering and Tourism.
