This project was created on the occasion of the 2025 edition of Giornata della Ristorazione and is part of the series of educational meetings with elementary school. The aim is to convey the link between memory, emotions and food, promoting an aware generation and enhancing the culture of hospitality.The guest speaker at this meeting will be Chef Filippo Venturi.
