On the occasion of Catering Day, Wednesday, May 14 from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m., a time of sharing and training was held for students and professionals in the field.

At theFrancesco Datini Hotelier Institute of Prato, awards were presented to the restaurateurs from our area who have distinguished themselves for their loyalty and trust towards the Association.
